Altoona-Midway High School established a Wall of Honor in 2012 to recognize alumni for their professional and post-secondary academic achievements. These are individuals that have represented our community and excelled in their chosen path in the years following their departure from Altoona-Midway High School or one of the schools that coupled together to become Altoona-Midway High School. Alumni, parents, current students, school district personnel, or community members may make nominations.
This year, three alumni were selected for induction by our induction committee: Alex Ogle, Randy Tindle, and Lloyd Steele. Normally inductees are recognized at our High School Awards Banquet in May. At this point, we are unsure of when we will be able to formally recognize them, but plaques will be ordered for our Wall of Honor and their Biography’s and photos will be shared with you all digitally as soon as they are ready!
