Armed with an attitude and a pair of binoculars, homeowner Leona Crump (Sophia Willard, Sr) is overwhelmed with curiosity and anxiety over the odd-ball "hillfolk" new neighbors that moved into her cul-de-sac. She is ultimately pushed over the edge when a flock of pink flamingos shows up in the yard and she lands in jail. "But in the end, will she be victorious and drive her new neighbors away? Maybe or maybe not - it all depends on her weedeater.
