AMHS VS. Heritage Christian @ Pleasanton tournament
Due to bad weather to the north of us, the final night of the Pleasanton has been postponed until tomorrow. The Girls will play Heritage Christian beginning at 1:00 PM. The boys will play Oswego at 2:30.
The Wilson County Rally presented by Mike Smith has been postponed. Mr. Smith was delayed by the weather and could not make it.
ATTENTION: The HS BB make-up game with Crest is now scheduled for 01/28/2020. The JV boys will play at 5:00 PM followed by the varsity girls and then varsity boys. Come support the Jets!
7th-12th grade students will be attending the Wilson County Rally tomorrow morning at Fredonia Jr/Sr High School! The guest speaker is Mike Smith from The HarborTV!
Thursday, January 23rd, the AMMS Basketball teams will be playing in the Mineral Belt League Tournament in Chetopa. The girls will play Chetopa at 5:00 and the boys will take on St. Paul at 6:15. Good luck Jets!!
On Thursday, Jan 23, the AMHS basketball teams will return to the Pleasanton Mid-Season Tournament. The girls will play Oswego at 4:00 and the boys will play Marmaton Valley at 5:30. Come out and support the Jets!

Due to the winter weather advisory and worsening travel conditions, USD 387 schools will be closed today.
The AMHS Scholar's Bowl team will travel to Pittsburg to compete tomorrow afternoon. The competition begins at 4:00 PM. Go Jets!

The Varsity Scholars bowl team went to Oswego for a game. Altoona - Midway received 3rd place.
The students on the team were Abby Reaves, Alyssa Relph, Sophia Willard, Dalton Smith, and Memphis Calonder.
We played against Cherryvale. Iola, Caney, Chetopa, LCHS, Baxter, Uniontown, Oswego, and coffeyville.
Congratulations.to Sophia Willard who was our highest scorer on the team. Alyssa Relph was the next highest scorer.
Altoona won against Oswego, Coffeyville, Baxter, Chetopa, Uniontown, and Cherryvale.
