Reminder: The AMHS FFA will be holding a free pancake breakfast tomorrow morning, 02/22/2019 beginning at 7:00 AM in the Ag. Building. Donations will be accepted. Come out and support the Altoona-Midway FFA Chapter.
Altoona-Midway schools will be in session tomorrow on a two hour delay. No AM Preschool. Classes begin at 10:00. Breakfast will not be served. Busses will run. Pickup times will coincide with the two hour delay.

The AMHS Regional basketball game scheduled for 7:00 PM tonight has been moved up to 4:30 this afternoon.
Due to iced over parking lot conditions at St. Paul, the basketball games scheduled for tonight are canceled.
Due to poor parking lot conditions at St. Paul, there will be no high school basketball games tonight.
The elementary band festival at Waverly on Saturday has been canceled.
The Home Forensics tournament scheduled for tomorrow is postponed. Makeup date TBD.

The elementary band festival will be held @ Lebo High School on Saturday, February 16. Students from area schools will join together for a day of rehearsing and will perform a concert at 3:00. There will be a 5th and 6th grade bands. AMES students will be participating.
The AMHS boys basketball team will travel to St. Paul on Tuesday Feb 19 at 7:00 PM to take on St. Paul in the first round of the Kansas Class 1A Regional.
The AMHS girls basketball team will travel to Chetopa on Monday to take on the Hornets in the first round of the Kansas State Class 1A Regional. The game will begin at 7:00 PM.
The AMHS basketball teams will travel to St. Paul on Saturday to take on the Indians. The games begin at 6:30 with the girls varsity game. The boys varsity games will follow. There will be no JV games. Come support the Jets!
