Due to road conditions in Chetopa and Tyro, they have decided not to travel this evening. Therefore, the games have been postponed for this evening. A make-up date will be announced at a later date.
Due to the impending weather, this evening's, (01/09/25), middle school basketball games have been postponed until January 28, 2025.
As of 10:00 AM, 1/9/25, we plan to play MS basketball this evening starting at 5:00 PM. If this changes due to the weather, we will send out a notice as soon as we get the word from Thayer. If you do not receive a notice, the games will go on as scheduled. At 5:00 PM, MS boys' "B" team will play, followed by the boys' "A" game.
Tomorrow evening's basketball games, 01/07/25, with Southern Coffey County have been postponed until a later date. That date will be announced ASAP.

Reminder: Winter Sports Pictures will be taken tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 4. Students need to bring their picture packet, including the payment, that they were given earlier.
Picture packets will be sent home today, 12/2/24, for Winter Sports pictures on Wednesday 12/4/24 beginning at 8:30 AM. Students must bring the picture packet with the payment on Wednesday.
The AMES Winter Concert has been moved from December 11 to December 18, 7:00 PM. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
The AMHS football team will open KSHSAA Regional play at Tescott on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 6:00 PM.
So that all seniors may participate, Senior/Parents Night will take place after the football game. We apologize for this late notification, but we did want all seniors and their families to be recognized.
Reminder: Tomorrow, 10/24/24, is the Middle School Halloween Dance, which will be held in the MS/HS cafeteria from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Costumes are allowed!
Tonight is volleyball parent's/senior night! The festivities will take place immediately after the VB games.
