Due to the Ongoing winter storm school will not be in session on Thursday, February 3, 2022. In anticipation of the forecast of several more inches of snow and a dangerous windchill factor there will be no school or any school activities on Thursday
Student and staff safety are our primary concern during these times. We encourage everyone to stay inside and limit any travel to only what is essential.
At this time we anticipate that school WILL be in session on Friday. Please continue to monitor the district website and school cancelation announcements.

Due to the approaching winter storm school will not be in session on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. In anticipation of the severity of the storm, including several inches of snow and a dangerous windchill factor there will be no school or any school activities on Wednesday.
Student and staff safety are our primary concern during these times. We encourage everyone to stay inside and limit any travel to only what is essential.
A decision on school on Thursday will be made at a later time. Please check back here or go to KOAM for any further closing announcements.
Start time for tomorrow's games in St. Paul will be 6:00 PM. The girls varsity and boys JV will play in separate gyms at 6:00 PM. The boys varsity will play after the girls varsity.

Altoona-Midway Scholars Bowl Team got 3rd Place at the Three Rivers League Scholars Bowl Meet on January 27th. Congrats to Caden, Kaylene, Karina, Abi, Tiffany, and Alyssa!
The AMHS girls basketball game with Chetopa that was postponed earlier in the season, will be made up Feb 17 at Chetopa 6:00 PM.
