AM Jets traveled to NE Arma on 2-13-2020
On 2-4-20 the Jets traveled to Marmaton Valley
Last week for 3rd quarter Grant Activities. 4th quarter activities begin March 30th.

Thur: 8th Grade NCCC Days in Chanute 8:00 AM
Sat: SED FFA Dist. Oficer/Star Interviews at Neodesha
Sat: Forensics at Ft. Scott 7:30 AM.
Good luck to the AMHS Forensics Team tomorrow as they compete in Independence. The event begins at 7:30 AM.
REMINDER: The AMHS Boys Basketball Team will be traveling to Moran to compete in the second round of the regional tournament. They will be playing Crest at 7:30 pm. No passes accepted. $7 for adults and $5 for students.

Reminder:Tonight, the AMHS girls basketball squad will travel to Chetopa to take on the Hornets in a first round game of the Class 1A Regional. The game will begin at 7:00 PM. No passes will be accepted. Admission fee is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. Let's go Jets!

On 2/22/2020, the Forensics team hosted the 3 Rivers Tournament. Dawson Ashmore 1st in Poetry-State Bound; Vonna O'Brien 1st in Prose-State-Bound;
Tiffany Kuhn 2nd in Original Oration - State-Bound (to be continued)
One additional event for the week: On Saturday, February 29, our MS Science Olympiad students will be competing in Andover. Bus leaves the HS/MS at 6:00 AM.

Monday: HS Boys Regional BB at home vs Marmaton Valley 7:00 PM. No passes will be accepted. Adults $7.00 and Students $5.00. Under 5 is free.
Tuesday: HS Girls Regional BB at Chetopa 7:00 PM
Wednesday: Wild Wednesday at AMES 3:30

On Monday, AMHS boys basketball team will be hosting Marmaton Valley beginning at 7:00. NO PASS WILL BE ACCEPTED at all. This is a KSHSAA sanctioned event and we must follow their guidelines. Ticket prices are set by KSHSAA and they are $7.00 for adults & $5.00 for students.
Tomorrow evening, the AMHS basketball teams will be traveling to Jayhawk Linn to wrap up the regular season. Boys JV will begin at 5:00 followed by the varsity girls and then the varsity boys. Here is the address for your GPS: 14675 KS-52, Mound City, KS 66056. Go Jets!!
