HS Basketball tonight is canceled. It will not be rescheduled.
The elementary band festival will be held @ Lebo High School on Saturday, February 16. Students from area schools will join together for a day of rehearsing and will perform a concert at 3:00. There will be a 5th and 6th grade bands. AMES students will be participating.
The AMHS boys basketball team will travel to St. Paul on Tuesday Feb 19 at 7:00 PM to take on St. Paul in the first round of the Kansas Class 1A Regional.
The AMHS girls basketball team will travel to Chetopa on Monday to take on the Hornets in the first round of the Kansas State Class 1A Regional. The game will begin at 7:00 PM.
The AMHS basketball teams will travel to St. Paul on Saturday to take on the Indians. The games begin at 6:30 with the girls varsity game. The boys varsity games will follow. There will be no JV games. Come support the Jets!

Reminder: The AMHS Booster Club will be hosting a spaghetti dinner on Friday, Feb. 15. The dinner will begin at 5:00. Spaghetti, salad, dessert all for just $5.00. Stick around for some good basketball as the Jets take on Jayhawk-Linn for homecoming. Games begin at 5:00. PM.
AMHS Homecoming will be Friday Feb. 15. It will also be Senior Night. Senior night will be between the girls varsity and the boys varsity games. Crowning will be at halftime of the boys varsity game. Let's fill the gym with Jet fans.

Altoona-Midway will have school tomorrow. Busses will run. If your students are not able to make it to school due to impassible country roads, it will be an excused absence.
