The Board of Education voted in their last meeting to continue meeting on the second Monday of each month. They will now start at 6:30 p.m. in the MS/HS Conference room instead of 7:00 p.m. in the MS/HS Cafeteria. Please see the following meeting dates :

Pre-K Enrollment Information
We are pleased to announce that USD 387 has teamed with BSN Team Sports to offer Altoona-Midway USD 387 merchandise. You can click on the link below to access the store. The store is only open until August 15, so you better act now to make sure you have the latest Jet gear.
Everything is done online. No one from the school will contact you. You make your selections, pay online, and the merchandise will be delivered to your home.

Enrollment packets have been mailed. AMES & MS/HS students will enroll on Tuesday, August 6, from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. AMES will enroll at the Atloona Attendance Center. MS/HS students will enroll at the MS/HS building.
We are pleased to announce that USD 387 Altoona-Midway will again participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Food Program for the 2024-2025 school year! Reminder: AMES Spring Music Concert is this evening, 5/14/24 at 7:00 PM in the AMES gymnasium.
The HS baseball games at Uniontown today, 5/6/24, have been canceled. These games will not be made up.
The high school baseball game will begin at 3:30 PM in Uniontown. Stay tuned for any other changes that may occur for this game.
Neodesha has canceled their track meet for today due to impending weather. This track meet will not be rescheduled.
We just received word from Yates Center that the time for today's game has been moved to a 2:00 PM start.
The postponed Neodesha track meet has been rescheduled for Monday, May 6. 3:00 PM start.
We just received word from Humboldt that the Thursday HS track meet had been canceled. This track meet will not be made up.
Reminder: The Middle School Track Meet begins at 1:00 PM Today.
There has been a change in parent/teacher conferences that were scheduled for Friday, March 8. Conferences will be on Tuesday, March 5th, and Thursday, March 7th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM each night.
USD 387 families,
During the Covid pandemic, many families received P-EBT benefits (Pandemic EBT). The state issued another round in January. These benefits are for June, July, and August of 2023. To receive these benefits your school-aged child(ren) must have been enrolled in school (K-12) and eligible for free and reduced meals during the 2022-2023 school year. The system was set up to automatically send benefits to qualified families automatically. However, if you have not received these benefits and feel you should have, you may visit this link and do a quick application. https://cssp.kees.ks.gov/apspssp/sspnonmed.portal. In sub-state quarter-final play, the Lady Jets will take on Southern Coffey County tonight, (2/23/24), at 7:00 PM in the Milo E. Peterson Gymnasium. Admission is $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. No passes accepted. Come out and support the Lady Jets!
