Here is the information
The Driver's Education course is from Tuesday May 30 - Friday June 9. 8:00 AM-11:00 AM at Fredonia High School. (week days only) USD 387 will provide transportation for the students.
Pick-up and drop-off information
There are three pick-up and drop-off locations
Pick-up schedule-
MS/HS 7:15
Buffalo- United Methodist Church 7:25
Altoona- Shelter house at the park 7:35
Drop off schedule
Altoona- Shelter house at the park 11:15
Buffalo- United Methodist Church 11:30
MS/HS 11:30-11:40
Note-
USD 387 will be paying for $50.00 of the $75.00 fee to help cover costs. The students will need to take the final $25.00 to class on the first day.
Once the book part of the class is over on June 9, the teachers and the students will decide on a driving schedule to complete the course.

Students and staff lined the hallways this morning to offer best wishes and bid farewell to our graduating seniors, as they took their last walk down the hallways as students of Altoona-Midway. Congratulations to the Class of 2023!!! Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 13 @ 3:00 in the Milo E. Peterson Gymnasium.

As noon today, The Three Rivers League track meet today in Pleasanton will be taking place as scheduled. 3:00 PM start.

Sunflower Summer will continue this summer! Be sure to download the app or update your current app when it becomes available on the last Friday of May. Once you have the updated app you will be able to see the participating locations. Various attractions, activities, and events from across Kansas including zoos, museums, historic landmarks, libraries, day camps, outdoor events, and more will be available.
